Simeko Hartley created Born-To-Be A Natural Leader with the vision and drive to be who she always needed growing up.
Growing up in Harlem NY, Simeko knew first hand what it was like to be a disadvantaged women of color, living in a community that was underserved and labeled as a statistic. However, she was determined not be to another statistic just because society labeled her one.
With faith, hard work, commitment and surrounding herself around a phenomenal network of women, Simeko has been able to create the life of her dreams. She is a wife to a loving husband, a mother of 5 beautiful children, an award-winning entrepreneur, author, podcaster, business coach and consultant.

Dennis Hartley

Dennis currently holds a position as a Project Manager for Parsons Corporation.
With over the past 10+ years in the transportation industry, Dennis has managed a team of 50 people for projects worth more than 200 million dollars.
As a loving and supportive husband, Dennis has always contributed to helping his wife, Simeko in all of her business endeavors. And, this is no different! Together, they are dedicated to sharing their experiences, skills, talents, and resources to helping women in under-resourced communities blossom & thrive.

As the owner of Be My Guest, Annette is able to hone in on her true passion to create memorable occasion for her customers special events.
What really makes Annette truly happy? Spending time with her husband, Christopher, and their three children(Brianna, Jalynn & CJ). She also devotes much of her free time in a volunteer work, teaching people about God from the Bible. This work have kept her well grounded emotionally, physically and spiritually. She thank God for allowing me to be in a position to serve others. To always look for opportunities to make a difference in someone’s life.

A Women Owned Business Enterprise/Minority-Owned Business Enterprise certified, full-service staffing agency that provides qualified temporary employees for an array of industries including hospitality, legal, information technology, customer service and administration.
In 1992, after graduating from business school, Jennifer recognized that the staffing industry afforded an outstanding opportunity for her to become an entrepreneur. And equally important, as a minority entrepreneur in this industry, she would have a chance to make a significant contribution to my community by creating jobs.
True to the company vision, Jennifer Temps have been providing superior, cost-effective staffing solutions for Fortune 500 companies, small business enterprises, municipalities and educational institutions throughout the Greater New York Area since our inception. Due to their success, in 2001, Jennifer Temps, Inc. opened offices in Charlotte, North Carolina.

Sherell Hollins
BOARD MEMBER
Sherell Hollins, Founder of Hollins Consulting Group, formerly taught career readiness and life skills training to young women via the Boost Initiative. This community-based program, developed in 2008, was designed to assist young adults in their career and social development. Today, Sherell is the Founder and Director of NYVisiume, a coaching company that assists job seekers in creating video resumes showcasing professional skills while highlighting their unique personality.
